Our Projects, Documented From Demo Day to Final Walkthrough
Photos are part of how we run a job. Every day there is work happening, the client gets a daily report with pictures of what got done. By the end of a project, that adds up to a complete record of the house: before, during, and after. Everything on this page comes straight from those files. Every project shown here was run by the owner, start to finish.
Whole Home Renovation in Haverhill, MA
A full interior renovation, top to bottom. Kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, stairs, bedrooms, and both bathrooms, plus a structural wall removal that opened the kitchen to the dining room. The owners got a daily report with photos through the whole build, so there was never a week where they wondered what was happening in their own house. This is the scope our whole home renovation service is built around.

Living Room and Foyer
Refinished floors, new trim, and sight lines through to the dining room.
A project like this only stays on schedule when the trades land in the right order: demolition, structural work, rough plumbing and electrical, inspections, insulation, drywall, floors, then finishes.

Foyer and Entry
New flooring, lighting, and paint from the front door up.
Each phase closed out before the next one opened, and the schedule showed the dates before demo started.

Bedroom to Nursery
Paint, flooring, and lighting, finished on schedule before the baby arrived.
Progress showed up in that evening’s daily report, photos included.

Powder Room
Rebuilt in the same footprint. New fixtures, mirror, and lighting.
One of two bathrooms redone in this house on the same schedule.

The Finished Details
Stairs, landings, and hallways carry the same finish standard as the headline rooms.
How Do We Document Every Project?
Three things run on every job: a written schedule with real dates, daily reports with photos on every work day, and written change orders before any cost moves. Every before and after photo on this page started as a job record inside one of those reports. The same schedule and reporting system runs on every A. Will Construction project, whether it is a powder room or a whole house.
The reports serve a second purpose. When a question comes up months after the walls are closed, we can pull the photo record and show exactly what sits behind the drywall, where the blocking is, and how the rough-ins ran. That record stays with the project.

Bathroom Remodels
Bathroom RemodelingTwo recent bathroom projects, both gutted and rebuilt. The first was part of the Haverhill whole home renovation above. The second, in Tewksbury, replaced a dated bathroom with new tile, a new vanity, and updated plumbing, and included a tub to shower conversion in the second bath.
A bathroom is a small room with a lot of trades in it. Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, and ventilation each have to pass inspection in the right sequence, which is why a written schedule matters as much in sixty square feet as it does in a whole house.

Basement Remodel
A basement built out as real living space: kitchenette, bedroom, and a full bathroom. Basement work gets planned in a strict order. Moisture control, egress, insulation, and mechanical rough-ins all get inspected before a single finish goes in, because redoing drywall is cheap and redoing what sits behind it is not. Basement buildouts run through the same process as the rest of our renovation work.
