What information do we collect?

We collect information in two ways: what you send us and what standard analytics record automatically.

When you fill out our contact form or request a consultation, you choose to share your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project, such as the type of work, the town, and your timeline. If you call or email us directly, we keep the contact information you provide so we can respond.

Like most websites, this site also uses basic analytics. That records things such as the pages you visit, the type of browser and device you use, your approximate location at the city or region level, and the site that referred you here. Analytics data does not identify you by name.

How do we use your information?

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, prepare estimates, and provide construction services if you hire us. If you email or call about a project, we may keep notes from that conversation alongside your inquiry so you do not have to repeat yourself later. We use analytics to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Do we share information with anyone?

Only with the service providers that make this website work. That includes the tools that run our contact forms, the analytics service described above, and any embedded maps. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver those functions, and each operates under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, we would only disclose information if the law required it.

What about cookies?

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to make embedded features work. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though some embedded features may not.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, perform the work, and meet our legal and insurance obligations as a Massachusetts contractor. We do not keep personal information longer than we have a reason to.

How can you ask questions or request changes?
