Accessibility Statement
A. Will Construction wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep reviewing the site against that standard as it evolves.
What have we done so far?
The site is built with accessibility in mind from the markup up. Measures in place include:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
- Full keyboard navigation, with no features that require a mouse
- Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast requirements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labeled form fields on our contact form
- Text that can be resized up to 200 percent without losing content or function
- Link and button targets sized for touch use
The site also avoids autoplaying media, motion effects, and flashing content, and it works without a mouse from the first link to the last.
Where are the known limitations?
Some parts of the site rely on embedded third-party content, such as maps, forms, and review widgets. We do not control the code those services deliver, and they may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. Where an embedded feature causes a problem, contact us directly and we will get you the same information another way.
How can you report a barrier?
If any part of this site is hard to use with your browser, screen reader, or other assistive technology, tell us. Email info@awillconstruction.com or call 617-759-5553 and describe the page and the problem. It helps to mention the device and software you were using. We take these reports seriously and will work to fix the issue or provide the content in a format that works for you.
