Anthony W. Rivera spent 12 years managing projects between $40 million and $100 million for a multi-billion-dollar commercial general contractor. Every project has a formal schedule with due dates, weekly updates, daily reports, and a meeting rhythm that keeps owners informed without having to ask.
Many homeowners experience renovation projects without a clear schedule, consistent communication, or regular progress updates. As construction moves forward, it is often difficult to know what is happening, what is next, or how the project is tracking.

Who Runs Your Project
Anthony W. Rivera, Founder
Before starting A. Will Construction, Anthony managed commercial construction for over a decade. The projects ranged from restaurant build-outs and retail spaces to ground-up office buildings, multifamily apartment communities, and historic renovations, with construction values ranging from $40 million to $100 million. He coordinated dozens of subcontractors, ran owner-architect-contractor meetings weekly, and delivered daily reports to stakeholders who expected to see exactly where their money was going.
He brings that same discipline to every project. When you hire A. Will Construction, Anthony is the one who answers your call, walks your site, and keeps you informed every step of the way. You are working with the owner, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a level of attention that is often missing in construction today.
He put a Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology to work on commercial job sites before bringing that same standard to residential projects. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CS-118371) and Home Improvement Contractor registration (HIC 220449). A. Will Construction is fully licensed and insured.

Formal Schedule with Real Dates
Before demo starts, you have a schedule with milestones and due dates. Not a vague “4-6 weeks” estimate. A real timeline you can plan your life around, updated weekly as the project moves.

Daily Reports with Photos
Every day there is work happening, you get an update. What got done, what is next, and photos of the progress. You never have to chase your contractor for information.

Same-Day Communication
Call or text and hear back the same day. If something comes up on the job site that affects your schedule or budget, you hear about it before the end of the workday.

Written Budget and Change Order Tracking
If something changes, you see it in writing with the cost before we touch anything. No surprise invoices. No casual mid-project additions that show up on the final bill.

What We Build
A. Will Construction manages kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, whole home renovations, and new home construction across the North Shore and Merrimack Valley. We also take on select commercial projects where the same project management discipline applies.
If it needs a real schedule and real coordination, it is our kind of project. We do not take handyman jobs or small repairs.
